The Kaua`i Outdoor Circle Membership Application

The Circle’s goals are to keep Hawaii clean, green and beautiful. We accomplish these by promoting recycling and anti-litter campaigns, planting trees and shrubs in public areas and along roadsides, and by supporting scenic conservation. What you see (that is beautiful) is what we protect. We eliminated billboards in 1926 and have supported compliance with the sign ordinances ever since. TKOC advocates for reasonable and responsible development along with wise stewardship of our natural resources. As a service organization we accomplish our work through hands-on projects, workshops, public education seminars, and donations to other like-minded groups.
